This offering is tailored to your unique needs. Depending on where you are in life and what your deepest desires are, we co-create an experience that serves you most on your path.
Whether it is a Sound Healing session to invite stillness, insight, and healing;
a Voice Embodiment session to support the expression of your unique voice into the world; a Drum Journey with Breathwork to go within and connect to deeper layers of your subconscious; a Personalized Ritual around the fire to connect with the elements and Mother Earth; or something entirely new that feels aligned for both of us — we create something meaningful together!
The unknown is where growth, transformation and liberation dwells.
Held by sound and vibration, I create a field in which you can relax into your own inner world, observe and learn from yourself, and gently explore the depths of your being.
Guided by presence, intuition and heartfelt attention, I support you to move through your own process — to discover, release, and realign your unique path of the heart.
Whatever process arises, is held with the intention to be in service and support to your journey of awakening, wholeness and healing.

How does Sonic Energy Alignment work?
Everything is made of frequency. It is one of the fundamental forces through which reality expresses itself — energy in motion.
Just as we use words to communicate and melodies to transmit feeling, we can consciously choose intentions that guide our life toward growth, healing, and wholeness.
Many ancient cultures have understood this principle.
Through sound, a field is created in which you can align, immerse, and directly experience yourself.
In our session, you are invited to listen to your inner voice and allow yourself to be gently guided toward your own unique way of being.
Together we will find out if your focus is more on internal work, like a Sound Healing or Drum Journey. Or more on the expressive side like a Voice Embodiment Session or a Personalized Ritual.
What can present itself in a Sonic Energy Alignment Session?
In a session, a wide variety of experiences can arise. What shows up is entirely guided by you and your individual process.
These experiences can unfold across multiple layers of your being — through your body, your emotional world, and your mental plane. These may occur individually, but often they arise simultaneously and are connected to each other.
They may include deep relaxation, emotional release, the surfacing of trauma responses, or the revealing of inner blockages. They may also open into clarity, insight, feelings of bliss and interconnectedness, and visionary experiences in many forms.
Each one completely unique to you.
Whatever is revealed during the experience, i’ll be present with you through it all. Whatever arises can later be gently explored and integrated to deepen your Self-understanding. A connecting thread can be woven — linking related experiences, grounding them in the present moment, and creating greater alignment for your path ahead.

I support you to move through your own processes — to discover, release, and realign to your unique path of the heart.
By holding this sacred space for you — held with sound, my voice, creativity, curiosity and presence — you have the chance to discover parts within you that can inspire and enhance your journey of healing and self-realisation.
Whatever surfaces, I will be there with you.
With a Trauma-Informed approach i work gently with intuitive suggestions, sensing what is unfolding in the present moment. My main tools are embodiment oriented and mostly sensorial and somatic which is sound, but also light, movement, consensual non-sensual touch, and scent.
The perspective I bring into our shared space arises from a non-dual and animistic understanding of reality, rooted in the interconnectedness of all things. Each one of us, and all of existence, is part of one infinite living organism. From this perspective, I support you in meeting your own perceptions in relationship to the greater whole — allowing a wider, more integrated understanding of yourself to emerge within You.

What are the steps?
1.
We will have a Discovery Call to get to know each other and meet the first time to see and create the session that serves you the most.
2.
You will fill out a Preparation Intake Form. This gives me deeper insight into your life, where you are coming from, and what you are bringing into the space
3.
We will meet at our agreed location for the Session and dive into the Journey together.

My sound journey experience was truly magical. Sometimes, I find it difficult to dive deeply into myself without guidance, but in Livio’s session I felt I could really let go and trust the process.
