Integration Support
Your process is not a problem to fix. It is a movement of life, asking to be met.
The seed of your experience grows to the tree of your life
The medicine ceremony, the breathwork session, the expansive sound healing or the mystical experience — these are not the destination. They are the planting. What grows from them depends on what comes next: on whether there is ground patient enough to let the insights take root.
Integration is that ground. It is the slow, honest work of bringing what was revealed back into your body, your relationships, your daily life — not as a memory, but as a living part of who you are becoming.
In our work together, we follow the thread of your experience. From what is still moving to what is ready to settle, from confusion to clarity, from insight to embodied change.
Through open-hearted conversation, somatic awareness, grounding tools, and loving presence, you are supported in making meaning from what arose. And with that carrying it forward in a way that is real, integrated, and truly yours.
Connect, if you wish for your seed to become a tree.
Integration
is the returning to the oneness many schools of thought speak of.
It is the ongoing practice of bringing every part of yourself into relationship with every other part, and recovering our wholeness.Integrity
is the grace of living life from that wholeness.
What is Integration Support?
Integration is the process of weaving what was experienced back into the fabric of your life — not just understanding it intellectually, but letting it actually change how you live, relate, and move through the world. It is the difference between having a powerful experience and being shaped by it.
In our sessions, we create space for whatever is present. For what is still in motion — somatically, emotionally, energetically. For what your experience is showing you, without forcing it into a story. For the full range of what arose — whether that is clarity or confusion, grief or joy, disruption or a quiet sense of something finally settling.
We work with whatever is here, at whatever pace you need, honoring both the spiritual depth of what you touched and the very human process of bringing it down to earth.
How does It work?
Every integration process is different — because every person and every experience is different. We begin with a conversation. You share what happened, where you are now, and what feels most alive or unresolved. From there, we follow the thread together.
A session may move through open, unhurried dialogue — following what wants to be spoken. It may include somatic awareness, gently bringing attention back into the body, noticing what is held there and what is ready to move.
I do not work from a fixed protocol. I follow what is present in you, in the moment — with grounded attention, care, and honesty.
Available Online or In-Person.
What is my role in your Integration process?
My role is not to interpret your experience for you, or to tell you what it means. Your experience belongs to you — and you are the one who knows, somewhere beneath the noise, what it is asking. What I offer is presence: steady, non-judgmental, and genuinely curious about what is alive in you.
I work from a trauma-informed, holistic approach. This means I pay attention not just to what you say, but to how your nervous system is doing — whether you are settled enough to explore, or whether landing and grounding is what is needed first. I bring my own lived experience with non-ordinary states, ongoing training in facilitation and integration, and a non-dual understanding of reality — the same perspective that moves the Sonic Energy Alignment sessions.
Your process is not a problem to fix. It is a movement of life, asking to be met.
Who is it for?
This space is for you if something opened and has not yet fully landed—if you feel the gap between what you experienced and how
you are living it. The insight is there, but it has not yet moved into your body, your relationships, your daily rhythm.
It is for you if you are preparing for a journey and want a clear, grounded container—intentions, inner resources, and support that continues beyond the experience.
If we have already worked together in a Sonic Energy Alignment session and something arose that needs more space, you are welcome here.
And it is for fellow practitioners—not as mentorship, but as peer support. A space to be held, to debrief, and to process your own path without carrying it alone.
Any experience that has shaken your world or opened something new within you is welcome here.
