Passing through the gates of your own shadow reveals the light within you.
From this light, the world is seen anew — illuminated in everyone and everything.

Hi, my name is Livio

I feel deeply honored that you're interested in me and my journey.

Looking forward to hearing yours!

Who am I?

This is the one question I have been contemplating and reflecting on for a very long time. The funny thing is that finding the answer only deepened the question rather than resolving it. There is always another layer to be uncovered, realized, defined, or let go of.
This question is the essence of my Work. Getting to know myself with curiosity and courage.

Before I go deeper into how I answer this question for me, I'd like to offer you the invitation to take a moment, close your eyes and contemplate this very same question.

Who are you?

What did you come up with?
I am happy to hear it from you and talk about it when we meet the next time!

As you are here to read and learn about me, let us begin at the deepest layer I have discovered along my journey.

The foundation and core of my being, as I have come to realize, is pure, infinite consciousness—the ground of all being.
Or in other words: Awareness
Through a deeply transformative inner journey, I did not find this truth only within myself, but ultimately in you as well: in every animal, tree, stone, river, mountain, and in everything within the perceivable universe.

Creation, experiencing itself as us and through us.

Awakening to this realization shattered everything I thought I knew, and at the same time allowed me to release an immense weight—the need to keep searching.
A great relief. Coming home. Laughter. Gratitude.
And a deep knowing that I am free to create everything I wish to be.

This experience became the most wonderful and deeply humbling moment of grace in my life.
From it arose a quiet yet profound wish—that others might experience this too.
And so I dedicated my life to walking alongside others on their journey of remembering themselves.

From the seed of the experience, a new question began to arise, and slowly started to expand it’s roots into the soil to grow into the tree I am becoming.

Who and what do I want to be?

And with asking this myself..
I am asking you the very same question:

Who and what do you want to be?

With gratitude, openhearted and grounded presence I offer you a space of just being You

Thank you.

I love you.

The Unfolding

Identity & Conditioning

Let’s uncover the layers of how I answer the mentioned question.
What quickly appears when following the question of “who am I?” is identity.

Identity is built through conscious and unconscious conditioning. Conditioning is what we learn from our parents and from the social environments we grow up in. These learned behavioral patterns, traumas, and attachments are embedded in our consciousness and form our ego structure, our identity — an energetic network that shapes our subjective experience of reality — the way we act in life, deciding what we do, what we think and say, and how we perceive reality.

Curiosity — My First Inner Compass

One of the earliest driving forces I can remember identifying myself with is curiosity. Passed on from my father, curiosity continuously expanded my horizon through life’s stories, myths, legends, nature, and later through altered states of consciousness. I am deeply grateful to have received this gift from him.

It led me on a journey of genuinely wanting to explore the wide range of experiences available in this human life. In my early teenage years I asked myself: "What is my goal in life?" — and answered: "To become a wise old man. And for that I need to make as many different experiences as possible throughout my life." - From then on, that’s exactly what I set out to do, and I continue to do so with great joy.

Initiation Through Experience

Growing up unfolded as an odyssey — a continuous dance between the joy of discovering life and the challenge of moving through painful experiences. Both left deep traces within me, shaping my inner world, my relationships, and the environments I moved through.

Early on, I discovered that certain experiences have the power to alter consciousness in diverse and profound ways. Guided by curiosity, and by the wondrous feelings I witnessed when listening to trance music, I immersed myself in many different rave cultures and soundscapes. This intense period became a rite of passage.

I moved through mental, emotional, and spiritual states of consciousness — shifting back and forth between confusion, loneliness, and separation, and moments of boundless expansion and deep interconnectedness with all existence.

Within this highly intense process my identity structure got challenged and expanded over and over again.

The Illumination

Along this path, I was gifted with a deep emotional intelligence — the capacity to perceive, understand, relate to, and empathically resonate with a wide spectrum of human feelings, emotions and energetic states.

Through some of those confronting and challenging experiences, I became deeply aware of behaviors that were harming both myself and others. This awareness brought waves of shame and regret, yet it also opened the door to transformation. In learning to meet these feelings, I developed radical and honest self-reflection and contemplation.

Again and again, I was invited to change how I viewed reality and how I acted within it. With no real alternative but to behave more consciously — toward others and toward myself — I began integrating and releasing my shadow aspects, guided by an honest willingness to grow and become a better human.

As written in the title:
“Passing through the gates of your own shadow reveals the light within you.
From this light, the world is seen anew — illuminated in everyone and everything.”

I continued moving toward a deeper understanding of myself, embracing both light and dark as essential parts of my being, and allowing myself to grow into a more conscious version of who I am.

All the while, I was still unconsciously searching for the answer to a single question:
”Who am I?”

I didn’t even realize I was asking it — until one day, I remembered the question and gently received its answer simultaneously from within.

I am pure conscious awareness. Everything and Nothing.

No Story. No Conditioning. No Limitation.
Boundless. Infinite. Whole.

Everything that can be experienced arises from this one source. It unfolds into infinite forms and, in time, returns to itself. This may sound abstract, unusual, or strange — Yet this shift in perspective profoundly transformed the way I meet and interact with the world.

But as profound as this experience was, it’s still just an experience. There’s always the return home into the Body.
That’s the moment where Integration — the real Journey toward Embodiment — starts.

How do I live from what I have found within, all around and beyond me? What does it even mean to be Human?

“Who and what do I want to be?”

Creative Freedom

This realization shifted my self-identification into a deeply felt sense of interconnectedness with all that is.

From this remembering of who I am, I began to realize that I can choose more consciously what I identify with. Recognizing myself as the observer, who’s at the same time creating and witnessing my own experience, opened a new sense of creative freedom — the freedom to shape my life in ways that feel truly in service to both others and myself.

A recognition that settled in very early within me is the deep knowing that our planet, Mother Earth, is a living being — and that we are a part of her. She has given us our bodies, through which we are able to experience this life. This felt sense of belonging to a greater living organism gives me immense strength and purpose.

All that I do is not only for you and me; it is for our planet. It is an offering to assist her in remembering that we are all One Great Being. She has so much to share with us, so much to pass on — through mountains, plants, fungi, and animals; through the soothing sound of a river finding its way through the forest; through the soft clicking and the bright flames of burning wood that keep us warm; and through the whispering wind, breathing all around us.

Voice, Sound & Embodied Practice

Following the call to connect more deeply with nature, yoga, ritual, and the healing frequencies of sound, I began—and continue—to soften, open, and ground myself more fully in my body and in the present moment.

Eastern philosophies and animism helped me to understand the states of consciousness I’ve experienced, while sacred rituals revealed to me the power of holding space for myself and others through loving presence and music in sacred space.

While teaching yoga and holding space with sound, it became clear to me that the most natural and efficient way to share my essence with the world is through my Voice. By surrendering to the process of opening my voice and expressing my truth, I shifted from being a lone explorer to someone who holds and embraces shared moments of healing and presence through sound and community.

I allowed myself to fully dive into playing music, singing, and opening sacred ceremonial spaces of many kinds — learning from teachers, mentors, community, friends, and countless beautiful souls along the way.

Music, Community & Service

Picking up the guitar brought my life experience to a new plateau. This instrument became one of the greatest teachers, showing me discipline, rhythm, listening, expression of my Truth, and communication with others through music.

Coming together in shared musical spaces — ceremonies, sound healings, singing circles — revealed to me how deeply important it is for us as humans to gather in non-judgmental spaces where we are simply allowed to be as we are.

Through all these transformative learnings, I consciously shaped my identity into a more harmonious and grounded presence — one that creates in this world with peaceful, compassionate and loving intention. I align my values to serve both the collective and the individual, offering the gifts and wisdom that have been given to me in this life and that are continuing to unfold.

My deepest wish is that we all find our YES to life — and the courage to live the dreams we carry in our hearts, in harmony with one another and with Mother Earth.

Everything I offer is meant to create spaces where you can arrive in your body and reconnect with yourself.
Spaces where you can feel it all and listen inwardly — without needing to fix or change anything.

Spaces where you can simply be
Seen. Heard. Held. Loved.
